This Four-Wheel Drive F150 has a 145-inch wheel base, which gives you a roomy four door Super Crew cab combined with a five-and-a-half-foot box that is spray lined, has a built in tailgate step and a rolling hard tonneau cover and is powered by a 3.5L V6 Ecoboost twin turbo engine that produces 420 lb-ft torque, 365 horsepower. Ready to tow with a trailer tow package that includes four and seven pin wiring harness and integrated trailer brake control  the F150 also has trailer sway control that monitors the motions of the truck to detect trailer sway and selectively brakes as needed helping you maintain control of the trailer and the truck.
