I have 2 rooms to offer. Larger room with a private deck (550) and smaller room for (500). Includes all utilities, toiletries, will offer shaw Go wifi so you are connected to Internet even outside the house. Includes dishwasher to help save you time. Includes all utensils and bedding material, a large queen size bed, study desk, chair, closet with mirror doors and access to kitchen appliances. Laundry soap included. No pets. You can smoke on deck. Deposit 250 + rent 550 / 500 depending on what room you choose. STUDENTS preferred but could consider a working adult too.
