Hi there, my boyfriend and I are looking for a 1+ bedroom house/suite. Must be pet friendly (we have a dog), a bonus if it has a garage or covered parking space. Preferably closer to July the better, just wanting to get a head start on looking. Looking in Nanaimo and surrounding areas, willing to go as far as ladysmith and parksville. Our budget is up to $1500. We are a very hardworking, quiet, responsible, and friendly couple. We have a great landlord reference and references in general. We are willing to look at anything.
